Could this pattern be extended for a larger hoop?
You can take a bigger hook and a bigger yarn cake - that can make it bigger. About extension - not so sure.

My craft store only have 45 cm hoops. Is there a site where I can order the 55 cm hoop
I would recommend to crochet and block your mandala first. Then measure it and order the hoop. All my hoops I've found on Amazon or Etsy.

Thank you for these videos! Question: Instructions say “HDC2tog”, but it’s shown out as DC2tog. The DC2tog is less bulky, but a bit taller, so I wondered if this what the pattern should say instead?

Is this really a 45cm hoop? Even with a 36cm hoop, the hoop is too big, the stitches are too small, and the tip doesn't reach.❓🙂
This is a small mandala - 25cm hoop.
I made Flower1, but halfway through I changed to Flower2. Where in the video should I start?
After you have crocheted the Flower of your choice you should proceed with video Part 2.

What weight yarn cake do I need for this design?
Bigger version 55cm hoop: 50-60gr (or more if your crochet is loose or you will take a bigger crochet hook) of YarnArt “Flores”, 250gr=1000m, 55% Cotton/45% PAC, 3mm crochet hook. Smaller version 45cm hoop: 65-70gr (or more) of Crochet UK yarn, 4ply, 100% cotton yarn or 50% cotton / 50% acrylic yarn, 1.75mm crochet hook.

I don't understand the difference between "2hdc in next st" in the sentence and the first "HDC in next st".🙏🥲
In the beginning of the round you make SLST to next ST, Ch1 and then make ONE HDC in the same ST as shown, then you need to follow the instructions on the screen. When it says "2HDC in next ST" it is 2 HDC in the same ST (increase).

The first 4TR is right - you make Ch3 that counts as TR + 3 TR = 4TR. After that you make 4TR every time it is needed.

This was so helpful! I’ve been struggling with this for an hour to get one round and the stitch fiddle “tutorials” are so limited! It certainly feels like a clunky process. I am tempted to make my design the way I have been, trial and error and lots of ripping back.

This one is 50cm wide but it can be bigger and smaller as well - it all depends from your crochet type + the size of the hook + the yarn you will use. Good luck!
