just some feedback that will help you in the long term, your right hand is not synchronised with your left hand. That results in playing double notes or muting some while trying to descend or ascend a scale. You need to practice at least 60% slower with a metronome and try to actually hear what mistakes you are making and correct them.

Honest to god, you can achieve this speed relatively quickly (a few years, certainly not 8) you just -have- to practice slow with a metronome. If you want to play fast and sound ok, you must must must use the metronome!
its not how long you practice , its about how you practice . Pesronaly took me one and a half year to play like this .
