95% of the time when I'm getting a position fault it's because something else was adjusted, the cylinder did its job and everything is in place but the switch needs to be adjusted. On one particularly crappy machine, the set screws are shot and the switches migrate. Don't love that

Fantastic troubleshooting Sir. Just please, take it from me, do not set these foot switches on top of a foam mat. The knees feel better but after 7 hours of using the machine, your heels dig in a bit and the switch will trip just by you shifting your weight.. lost 3/4” of my left thumb to this scenario.

Couldn’t you also use the continuity setting?

The thing I like about 3 phase motors is that the wiring diagram is the same for all 3 phase motors. That's not true for single phase motors.
