Just bought one as it was said that this compares with Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser. If I use it a low level all I get is froth and very little milk. If I fill it to medium the froth overflows. At the very little froth level it is just Luke warm. There is no mention of adding the chocolate to the unit. Which defeats the object if you want a velvet texture. A waste of £20

device looks legit however it should have only one button land does one thing: measure your temperature, having 4 buttons just makes a simple thing impossible

I had 1 years ago it claimed to be cheap to run it deffo was not and i had it on for 4 hours and it did not warm the room up its only warm when u are right next to it when u move about 1 meter away u carnt feel the heat so in my opinion they are a con and a rip of and do not heat up the room as discribed.
