Very good question!! I just started putting them out on Christmas Eve last year. My daughter is REALLY into Santa now lol. She’s 4 almost 5 in January. I love the Christmas eve night idea when they are in bed. We do let them know that Santa didn’t bring everything. Just about 4-5 from him, per kid.
