Attrition rate thru the roof. Average age significantly younger than MD by 10yrs or so. Average career lifespan of PT (~7yrs) only abt 1/3 that of MD. This is a profession that needs to be completely dismantled and discarded. Way too much hype for a backward-facing nostalgic group that cannot evolve.
