How can the front row enjoy the show when getting kicked in the head.. This shit didnt go down when i went to shows... Wheres the pit?? this is lame as fuck.
Chris and the band know this, but there is nothing wrong with evolving as a band and making different sounding records. at least they recognize it enough to still do shows like these and play setlists that make sense for the shows. they know their audiences thats for sure.
I wish I could have a chance to go to an "only old material" Saves the Day show. Nothing against the new material, but even in the early 2000s they wouldn't play Can't Slow Down stuff. I love that album, and would love to see it live.
Fucking SAMEEEEE. I saw them like 18 years ago at Roseland Ballroom in NY and they didn't play shit off Cant Slow Down and that bummed 9th grade me out pretty hard.
Saw them late 98’/99’ maybe, with either In My Eyes or Ten Yard Fight. Maybe both? And again in maybe 2000 on the Bane/H20 tour, and they played almost exclusively “Can’t Slow Down” stuff. Went on to see them maybe another 30 times between then and Banes last show before I heard any amount of CSD stuff.
Where is this Saves the Day Show in my city? Every time I've seen them it's half new album, half safe old songs. Which is fine, I guess, but I'd kill to see a show like this.
@Scott Smith that would be the best of a best situation in my book. I regret not getting the tickets play at my house when they were crowd funding for an album a while back. But then again, I have no money.
Amazing
Goosebumps every time i watch this. F***!!!!
Oh shit that a capella of Three Miles Down is fucking magical.
Pretty cool they got this reception from the hardcore crowd.

shut the fuck up. how about headwalkers?
@@travelerssoul9565 Stage diving is as old as punk and hardcore. You’re just old or clueless.
@@eaanyills If you go in feet first and head walk, you are a fucking dipshit! Plain and simple.
I'm shocked to see Chris singing all of these in their original key
Dude I came to say the same thing. His singing live has been awful for a while. This blew my mind
Great show
Isn't it obvious to Chris that people love the old sound?
They should make new album with more raw power

Up until the LATE 2000s they still really weren't doing any of it either, with the occasional Three Miles Down

NJHC4LIFE
I mean Title Fight killed it TIHC09....
STD's first tour was with Bane, can't slow down is a melodic hc album. Works for me.
@Scott Smith that would be the best of a best situation in my book. I regret not getting the tickets play at my house when they were crowd funding for an album a while back. But then again, I have no money.

Fucking love the old school Setlist! Can’t believe they played shit from the demo
Imagine getting hurt in the pit at a STD show. "The kids today wouldn't last one song in the pits we had back then..."
I mean, the dude took a foot right to the face. Fuck off lol.
Ann Arbor legend Rodrigo Palma as bassmaster general.
All around good dude and Chico legend Chris Keene on stage right guitar.
