Unfortunately the little melody from cycles is used in WAY too many Lord X songs. Feels less like a call back and more like a crutch at this point. Still tho, every song from hit single is peak fnf and I only have high expectations for the future of it.

It's interesting how, a mod for a game popular among zoomers, has its own game that basically is a collage of the early 3d platformers and complicated quest mechanics reminiscent of the old point-and-click adventure games. Like, it's one thing to just include weird and absurd jokes in your mod, and another to completely take the player out of their comfort zone, challenging his understanding of what video-games are, reminding of what they used to be.

when I first saw the thing at the end of garn47, it actually scared me a bit. also, lore time. did you know in the pig flash game, if you head above the screen, there with me an sonic.exe jumpscare. Lore: - silly Billy has bf go against "yourself". yourself takes place in a reality where gf died. he then started to not take care of himself and ended up like that. yourself also turns into the small form to show that he is boyfriend and how bf is a tall lanky 19 year old. He is also a tribute to his original creator who sadly passed away during development of vs sonic.exe v2. he was part of the team. his name was Divide. (R.I.P.). The song is also call silly billy cause that is what herself called yourself. Divide is the og creator of yourself bf. yourself orginal name was LookALike. You can also hear herself's voice in the lyrics. (Fly high divide) - Tricheal is about lord x. his vessel of sonic is dying along with his world. so he sings one last song with bf. boyfriend does escape though. (I think) - Joyous is lord x going against his creator, JoeDoughBoi. He wants to kill him to become more powerful therefore thats the song. its unclear who wins but I assume lord x won. - Darnell wet fart is actually an unfinished song from fnf mcm. they have finished it in this mod. starved squidwards lore goes like this: plankton forced squid Ward to eat chum and he ended up like that. he chased sponegbob in a car chase and spongebob sadly crashed into his house. - Fakebaby is against no more innocence (NMI). basically, he worked with daddy dearest and dearest betrayed him so he took his daughter nmi has more lore but its a bit long to put in a comment. same goes for lord x's lore. - subterfuge with lyrics: - cars little song: Just a fun song with a bit of lore to car. its unclear what it is though. - the power of pig: Seems to be connected to the lord x jump scare at the end of the game. - soretro: just a fun song. but has relation to mx somehow. Now Garn47 is confusing so I guess just use the wiki.

I’m not a bit fan of that innocence theory. I’m not super into FNF or anything, but him being tall just seems like standard symbolism. Your reflection looming over you. You can’t hide from it. Either how he sees himself or what he’s hiding underneath a facade. Standard reflection symbolism.

This is so cute and scary at the same time, everything seems so confusing but they somehow managed to make confusing right. You can clearly see the effort, emotion, and sillyness it took to make this.

Here’s something kinda cool. You can connect the unlockable songs to Sonic. I don’t remember the names of the songs except for two. Car’s Little Song has lyrics, something Sonic music is famous for. Tritorial is a fast paced song, like Sonic games. Conan’s song stars Conan the mighty pig, he’s a pig like Porker Lewis, a prominent Fleetway and e Archie comic character that’s part of the Freedom Fighters. Then the joke song staring a weird Mario. Mario was Sonic’s first real rival, as the companies they are from were in the second wave of the console wars.

I've heard that silly Billy's lyrics are directed to his creator who supposedly died in his sleep. (I heard it somewhere i dont remember, sorry if its wrong)

As a fan since 2020, its crazy how much time has went by, from the rise and fall to the rise again of the base game, to the end of a era in the modding community, Hit Single Real perfectly captures the spirit of so many mods, communities, and the original game. Also, thank you for the video, this is my first time here and you seem like a great person that deserves the popularity!

Hit single isn't the best IMO because I feel like most of the songs are run-on and I only like specific parts of the songs, not the entire songs. It is DEFINITELY number 2 on my list, but I think that indie cross takes the number one spot. Can't wait for Indie Cross V2 to come out!! (Edit): I am talking about the fnf part not the garn47 part

Something i found during my short playthrough of Conan's World, is that when you get to the top of the mountain (basically the mountain that has the crouch and double jump section), your game jumpscares you with pictures of an EXE-whom i assume is 2017X-and keeps flashing for a bit before crashing the game. It's a neat easter egg and it's such a shame you didn't find it.
