I just started this like 4 days ago and I’m stressed. The timing kills me and I’m trying to move as fast as possible. How can you pull 87 items when pick up is in an hour?! 😢 You get stopped a lot of times which I’m always trying to help but like we have to move (time is ticking). I don’t get paid enough for the pressure. My Walmart pays $15 hr 😢 I thought I’d like it because I love being active and on my feet, but I’m stressing myself out. 😵‍💫

What else does OPD do besides picking up items?

I tried doing this job but Walmart had no mangers or no proper training so I left 😭

Worse job at walmart is maintenance as a worker with 6 years and continuing ive had all kinds of hell be put on me from having to get carts in extreme winds to hauling pallets on the forklift in -6 degree icy weather to having to be an acting manager because my manager was pregnant. (No extra pay either) All the managers coming up to me being like "make sure they do this and that and make sure they do their jobs.

I gotta interview tomorrow. Applied a week and a half ago, got a text from the manager today asking if I could come in next week for the interview, then asked if I could actually come in tomorrow. Trying to figure out if they are understaffed and urgently hiring or if they got a lot of applicants and getting through everybody quickly. Either way, I need this job bad. Good luck to me

Damn your bed looks comfortable and clean/organized AF. I used to self discipline and make my bed everyday back then. I guess its time to get to the grind again. I also found your channel by your walmart job im also interested in getting temporarily as a side gig for my full time college that i just need 3 courses left. So yeah. its easy if you are the picker but if you have to do the dispensing it can be stressful during rush hours
