My radio is mute there's no sound at all, it's Ford Ecosport 2015 1.5 , There's a mute icon on the screen, will this video assist me?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I had an issue with SYNC where my phone was being detected, but wouldn't allow me to do anything (make calls / listen to music on my phone). I initially thought this was an issue on my phone (I recently upgraded from Android 11 to 12) and was searching for updates to the SYNC software with no success. Anyway, I followed your advice and checked Fuse 24 to ensure it had not blown; the fuse was fine. Powered up the stereo with the fuse disconnected and noticed that the sync functions stopped working. Fitted the fuse again and powered up and everything now works fine. Thanks again for this video. :)

Thank you. Can't believe I wasted literally hours faffing about with resets, app uninstalls/installs, software updates & various different mobile phones. A simple fuse pull is all that was required. Don't know why Ford continues to bluster and bullshit, suggesting there is nothing wrong with SYNC. Just own it Ford.

Been going on 3 years only listening to the radio in this car. I just paid it off and I want to trade it in so bad but having no note is the best thing for me right now so I’ll continue to suffer Lmao

the fuse didn’t work for me but on the steering wheel i have a voice command button i pressed it and then said “help” and then after that i said “bluetooth audio” and it helped and solved the issue, hope this helps you guys

Great job! Fixed mine exactly. Need to push sides of glove box in and ease each side by wiggling it out. Check manual for sync fuse 10amp red one position. Got a new fuse from my local garage they gave it to me free great guys so repaired at zero cost. No need to disconnect battery

I'm in the constant loop of disconnecting battery and fuse still won't work. It worked last time so idk. Ford's are crappy cars

ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER!! Just pulled the fuse out and stuck it back in again and it's working perfectly, you've just saved me £120 for my dealership to fix it, thank you so much!!

I have a 2015 fiesta and I pulled the fuse out and back in. There was no need for disconnecting from the battery. Done ✅
