I just remembered a dialogue from the movie ‘Manjhi - The mountain man’ “Bhagwan ke bharose mat baithiye, kya pata Bhagwan humare bharose baitha ho?” Itna sab complicate aur standardise karke rakha hai itne saare “intellectuals” ne ki fresh approach aur alag perspective rakhne mein hestitation hone lagti hai. Spirituality ek aisi cheez hai jiske baare mein aajkal bahot charcha hai. There are infinite ways to understand this… which is okay! And it should be that way only. Just for an example out of many ‘I would call myself indulged into a spiritual experience when I am riding a motorcycle’ Similarly this can be any sort of thing or things for anyone! It would probably take a lifetime to talk about it. Let it go, samajhne ka time nahi hai boss ki life ka purpose kya hai? Coming to meditation, for me I couldn’t pause my brain even for a fraction of second because the thoughts keep lingering into my head and once I’am calm it’s even harder. It’s not a disruption kinda thing but just pure thoughts during meditation which keeps coming back and forth back and forth . For instance, it could be as simple as why that ? And in between I have cried with my eyes shut during the whole process of meditation. It was active gushing of water through my eyes … I did once twice thrice umpteen times and practiced reiki stage 1 for 6 months and BELIVE me gaba my heart chakra ( out of the 7 sacred chakras ) the heart, it was so blocked and it still is … it still is and maybe it will be carried forward for later time as well but all I learned from meditation is that it’s a huge process .. it’s a huge step towards knowing oneself even better now…… and there’s still a long long way to go. Like I’am a nobody, I yet have to learn a lot .
