1974 Starcraft American that I just totally finished restoring. Lower unit totally rebuilt. Carbs rebuilt. Whole new wiring harness for the boat that I made. Everything works. Reupholstered rear bucket seats. New vinyl wood grain dash and got all original gauges working again. Replaced plastic gears in engine control box and she’s ready for the water!

First run and test before going in boat. Motor needed a head gasket but we decided to completely overhaul and refresh the whole motor. This motor is for our 1974 Starcraft American 18ft I/O

1986 Starcraft 16 foot with 1991 Mercury 90hp. After blowing a rod through the block one year. Luckily I was there with the 14 foot Holiday Starcraft to tow it home. (Long day). We rebuilt the whole entire motor. Repainted the whole boat ourselves. I even reupholstered the front seats. (I used same material and foam because it was still in good shape and I couldn’t match the colors cheaply) rep...

Slideshow of the my favorite Starcraft. The 74 Holiday with a 40hp Evinrude. We made the dashboard out of wood and designed it to look like the black windshield on a 22 foot Donzi GT boat

    I just picked up a 76 15’ starcraft. I believe it’s an American? Needs some wiring sorted out but can’t complain for free! 🤙🏻

    Hello. Do you have any manufacturer's certificate for this model? I need a certificate with the dimensions and characteristics of the hull for registration.

    • @enzodamico5456
      @enzodamico5456 4 года назад

      I don’t. CT just goes by the hull vin tag on the stern starboard side and the length.

    Like your boat, I have a 1973 model same colors. In 1973 the windshield was curved - been a great boat and still running.

      Will do, my grand father bought it new in 1973. Sticker price was $3,500 but he got them down to $2,700. Taking her out tomorrow. When I can I will send some pics. Good to see others enjoying this boat model, mine is an open bow.

      Wes Farrell that’s amazing. I’m glad to hear it. I’m glad there’s another one out there that hasn’t been turned into a fishing boat or ruined somehow like that. I like them all original

    • @enzodamico5456
      @enzodamico5456 5 лет назад

      Joel Zoon that should go really well. It should do about 38-40 mph and be pretty good on gas. My 115 is a pig on gas lol. But they are such a smooth riding boat in the water and handle so well. I’m glad your saving another Starcraft! There’s not many Americans left these days. I’m getting all of them I possibly can! Love them. Good luck with the new boat!
