How to setup RSI alert on TradingView in 40 seconds on Bitcoin chart!

can you create one when the macd crosses the signal line
and the histogram
I use MACD on forex and other trades, but the blue line never crosses the signal line. The signal line is always over the MACD line I contacted the Platform and they do nothing about it they don't know what I am talking about.
will this work using MACD on forex etc. or does it only work for bitcoin?
