Absolutely epic, well done Chris. Great video too. We watched the live stream of the leaders but you don't get a sense of scale with them. The number of people on some of those climbs😮 and the views and height of those passes. Thanks for sharing it with us

Oh to be young again! I would have been able to run that track 40 years ago if it existed back then, but it looks like it is not rideable on a mountain bike, which is the way I get around the back country these days. You've triggered some fond memories, as my old man used to successfully fly fish those beaches you visited, and had some great stories about the "Tarawera monsters" that got away.Great video thanks👍
