Oh he was purely being an ass. He is know in the server for not following the laws and almost every time taking off from the cops. This video was a whole patrol where he just kept fleeing from us every time we got near him.

Ya I plan to in the future, I've just been caught up with thing in life recently. I'm also spending a lot of my free time deving the Fivem server while people are patrol which doesn't make great streams. But I have been finishing a lot of it put so I will be coming back to Stream and Record hopefully soon.
