But Madara with two Rinnegan combined with Six paths power also got the strongest Kekegenkai - "Rinne-Sharingan". That's make him way more stronger than Sasuke.

We all know that He fights well against Kaguya but you have to note that he couldn't able to take her down lonely with his abilities. Not only him no one can defeat Kaguya they can just Seal Kaguya. Sasuke becomes the strongest Uchiha almost at the end of the 4th Great Ninja war . During the fourth great ninja war Sasuke (without Rinnegan) was nothing in front of Madara Uchiha. When Madara used Sasuke as a selfie stick & then Hagoromo appears and give him Six paths chakra. After this event he awakened the "Six Tomoe Rinnegan". At this point he was huge strong but still not capable of beating Madara Uchiha. He got extreme power but wasn't able to use it perfectly at that moment. So that's why I counted the Sasuke Uchiha in Shippuden before the end of 4th Great Ninja War. And Madara was stronger than him at this point. But now I also agree that Sasuke is the Strongest Uchiha. Also remember another thing - Madara Uchiha never defeated, he was just betrayed. 👍
