You know years ago I think before I left high School in my creative writing class I wrote a story it was basically a continuation from two of the game series. So at the end when the black pig say we never really die we just kind of revitalize somewhere else I got me thinking what are the black pigs have some kind of Resurrection magic and they just keep coming back so my story was based on the idea that maybe after you've been to the series 2 years later the main character is living with his girlfriend and the underground city. And maybe he's out exploring and a time portal opens up and basically it's his descendant and they say the evil pigs are like doing kind of bullshit stuff like 200 years into the future and he has to come there and help him fight with the resistance to fight the evil pigs. And it would be this kind of cyberpunk adventure in the main character would get classic weapons with like cyberpunk like weapon. and we would find out the origins of the evil pig so the origin would be that one of the pig overlords made a deal with like some devil or dark God so that his kind could have like Resurrection magic so that they could do something forever and they just basically offer gold to them as some kind of tribute so that they can keep their powers. I went into more detail about certain places that the main character could go like old locations from the first and the second game but even more modern. And I even went into like different outfits that the main character could get that could give him even more abilities like the flying squirrel suit or the winter jacket. My teacher was very impressed with my creativity and he said well how does it end. I went into more detail explaining that they would have to find a way to break the magic that the evil pigs have by finding the temple where they made the offering to the pig God or whatever duty that they got their powers to and destroy it and when the temple is destroyed it would break the magic making the evil pigs lose their ability to regenerate. and they would never have to bother the world again. I got a fucking b minus in my report but my teacher was still very impressed with my level of detail and creativity and world building. I will tell you I am happy that the remastering the first game but I really wish that they could just make a third game I know the climate may not be the best for third game. Black panthers like hundreds of fanfiction like mine out there that could give the story for a third game but you know what let me know what you think of my story

Great transcript! Trying to listen out for the remaining bits and I was able to figure out one more word so far: "Ah yes, the Stone, [Lapis] something something, A fantastic red crystal". Naturally Lapis is Latin for stone, and skimming through Isis Unveiled Blavatsky names "Lapis Asbestos" or "The Inextinguishable Stone". Which doesn't quite sound like what he's saying at that point, more like "Lapis Excelsius", which doesn't seem to be a thing. As for the next part: "in Isis Unveiled where she calls it the (mumbles)." I can't figure out what he's saying yet, but I'm pretty sure it's in Isis Unvelied somewhere. If anyone wants to look for themselves just find a copy online (it's in the public domain) the most relevant seems to be the section: "QUENCHLESS LAMPS OF ALCHEMY".

Would also love to hear Horus’ dialogue.

The biographies here contain several historical errors, some of which seem to have interesting causes, others of which are inexplicable. Taking the interesting ones first, the Comte de Saint Germain died in 1784 and doesn't seem to have been any kind of proto-revolutionary, but a similar occult figure who was a generation younger, Alessandro Cagliostro, was widely suspected of being one, and I think the game designers conflated the two. Cagliostro was working as Cardinal de Rohan's pet fortune-teller when de Rohan got involved in the Affair of the Diamond Necklace (a weird event that's too complicated to explain here, but which is often cited as a cause of the French Revolution). De Rohan asked Cagliostro whether to buy the necklace, and he said yes. When the affair blew up, Cagliostro became a scapegoat, because his occult activities and his brief past interactions with the anti-monarchical Bavarian Illuminati made him a prime target for the authorities. He fled France, but was ultimately imprisoned by the pope. After the revolution, based on the scapegoating of Cagliostro, some people claimed that the Illuminati had set it in motion. That grew into the belief that the "Illuminati" are manipulating everything, an idea without which Drowned God might not even exist.
