I want to clear one thing everything is you pushed out doesn't mean Everyone else is illusion you are the only real person i was taught by monk let me explain how it works they are infinite reality wirh every possibility they are all created by imagination everything including us is created by imagination so we are just selecting the version of person according to belief vice versa they are also selecting our version according to their belief
How.to come out with negative thoughts
Thoughts are just thoughts there is no meaning to it until you give it an interpretation to it. The best way to deal with- Accept but let it flow out i.e. Donot give energy to it. Donot give any meaning to it. The moment it is in mind see and say - I dont recognise this thought of mine. What is this thought i have no understanding of it…. Etc Hold your power dear. Hold. You can do it. 🫶😊 do it 2-3 times things calmly it will sort out ! 😊🤭.. do let me know ! After a while ! You a strong girl 👧

Hy ! You dont need to necessarily sit and visualise. When i say apple - You see an apple right ? The picture is there in your mind. Now i say - Green Apple 🍏 its there again right ? Similarly, Choose one Scene ( that is precise to your intention). Just ensure what u want is there. You have it. Achieved. Thats it. Keep playing it on loop. Dont force creating a picture. Let it come naturally to you. And yes it may take a bit time (3-7 days) but practice you will get there . Hope this helps ! 🫶
