I abseil with no prusik all the time its safe enough but I dont recommend doing it that way though

From my own experience, ASC360 is a such a bad insurance company when it comes to claim... they don't even reply your mails or calls if you want to make a claim... pls don't recommend that company to anyone henceforth...
