Sir are there any smart ways to increase my earning ability and salary as hvac engineer in Aec construction industry without depending on years of experience which is a pre requisite sometimes to determine salary.. which books would help in this scenario and becoming indispensable or irreplaceable...

Great walk through Don! At the $10k to $20k range, do you bill monthly (divide by 12), or are you getting them paid up a year at a time?

Do you recommend publishing your pricing on your products?

Too many words above the fold, too. You want to invite people into the story, not try to tell the whole story at once. It’s too visually overwhelming to have that much text.

It took me 18 months to go from starting the side-hustle to making the leap to full time. It’s not easy, but it’s been so worth it for me.

Only one constructive feedback, please let the guests finish their thoughts before jumping in/cutting them off, you do that all the time. Just give them a second to finish the last piece. But great questions, and interviews love em!

Loved your takeaways. Amy's directive of 'get what you want' is a shared directive of every coach for their clients - to help them get what they want. For me, I often ask myself - and my clients - "am I playing to win, or am I playing not to lose?" This always brings into sharp focus how I am showing up. Am I fully present? Or do I have one foot out the door? Thanks for another great episode!

If a client doesn’t reach it’s revenue goal as stated in your example of $500k but say they reached to $400 or $375 would you still give back 100% of your fee or would you then prorate the return? And is this something that is stated when agreements are signed? Thank you!

Innovative, and yes how you manage your mornings is a vital factor behind successful people.

Sean mentioned that a question they have been asking, "What do we need to steward in this season?". This is a big question that often gets overlooked in the midst of growth. Our needs change, our business changes, our families and priorities change, and we forget to look at what is sustainable now and in the long-term.

Oh wow!!! About fell out of my chair when you said Three Hills. My family moved up to attend Prairie when I was young and I attended Prairie Elementary. We lived in the “Barracks” the old army base housing. ( yeah just a few years ago lol.)

Your purpose is legit. One comment about "influence"...pure communication, a willingness to communicate, effective / thoughtful communication...with a fundamental attitude that we're all in this together-especially at the workplace is lacking in so many companies. Co-workers leaving each other hanging for hours on end, for what reason? So, your premise that after technical competency-what's left, is currently felt everyday by so many (IT) workers. The bottleneck is THEIR OWN PEERS. No community commitment to each other's progress/success. Thus, no careers aren't capped by an inability to communicate-b/c in some organizations the majority of people can't, don't want to, or merely do on their own terms...anyhow, apologies, you struck a cord. Great purpose, I can think of several companies I wish would retain you. Cheers
