worthless video!!!!!!!! Early lipid rescue is paramount, well before arrhythmias/cardiovascular collapse, at the first signs of CNS toxicity! Usual resuscitation drugs are modified- one tenth the dose of epinephrine, no lidocaine! Ultrasound use in regional anesthesia can prevent it in many cases- if tissue expansion is not seen with 1-2 ml, the needle tip might be intravenous & must be repositioned. Also, a lesser dose is used since we can see local surrounding the intended nerve targets>
