i can make a (entry) point that convergence and black dusk (entry point) are similitar (i think? sorry if its not accurate). the missions are timed. the entrances (blast door for escape part in convergence) have a blast door. although they open in a different way. convergence's theme has leitmoifs to full force. there are blast doors that can be opened. by levers and panels. the timers are decreased on difficulties. fireteam 1 and the freelancer (main character of entry point. YOU) failed to return. resulting in a death

So, this game implies that the APUs, the Cloakers, and the teleporters are stolen Dominian technology that the Nusians reverse-engineered to use in the 2044 war. How ironic.
