I mainly play it cause it's some fresh air (heh) on Ele and I can play something new again. I gotta say after getting used to it the floor thing is not too bad and I start to figure out how to deal with it. But yeah it's still not great and they should figure something out - I don't expect anything anytime soon unfortunatly. Im all open for surprises though :^)

Also I hope you enjoy the other Ele memes :D

I haven't tried it yet but should be a bit better than staff even cause that weapon is just clunky xd

Let's say you really need to want to play it :D Unfortunatly for me I'm enjoying the rota enough to want to try and make it work

*Insert Ele Downstate Joke here* On a more serious note tho - I think the whole floor not beeing visible adds a somewhat interesting dynamic to the fights. Tho on some fights it's really rough - i.e. Largos: you can't see any bubbles, knockback AoEs are hidden and to top it all off the tornadoes behave very inconsistently the moment they enter an etching. While it looks really cool I would also appreciate seeing a little bit more of the fight

@f03rd17 yeah I think they can just tone it down a little or make it have partial opacity.

Hahahaha neither, the Chrono was supporting. Hendrik was first timing Cata after only looking at it for 10 minutes before raid started and Galetti is pretty new to raids I think. We did recruit him a few weeks ago and since we don't really tryhard we didn't put our requirements that high. Once im home I can go get you some logs

Logs are available in the description :) I also noticed OBS hasn't been picking up my mic, so there is that to fix lol

@@karaoke6207 In the cases, where I only pressed Fire 3 and nothing else it's cause im an idiot while autopiloting and I don't keep track of Fire 5. If I do press Fire3->5 and skip Fire 2 it's because it's better to get into Air faster for more overloading (unless it's close to phasing and you can't get an Overload in). Technically you are supposed to alternate between Fire 35 and Fire 32 (3 has the fastest cast time, so you want to take the longer cast into air attunement and 5 has too long of a cd to cast every loop) but yeah, my autopiloting is bad so it's a bit inconsistent

@@nhyvt The base cooldown is what matters. Air 4 and Fire 5 both have 20 seconds base cooldown. They are reduced by Aeromancer's Training/ Pyromancer's Training.

I was hoping to get to air and use polaric leap for it but since attunement swap wasn't ready I pressed fire 2 instead. Apparently that small leap counts as "jumping" over the shockwave :D I have seen people doing it with Heartseeker on thief too, but not with Flame Uprising on Ele lol

As much as some balance changes Anet did were questionable I have to admit that it's amazing how many builds are great rn (tho I do dislike the powercreep). Really looking forward to Tempest changes next patch too - maybe I'll get motivated enough to look into Tempest finally. It's the only Ele spec I haven't played much yet.

Yea :) getting past 29 without stacking sigils sounds pretty rough.. if you greed with keeping prim stance AB and glyph instead of using those for adds it might be doable. Fines had a PoV showcasing that which is pretty old but back then it pushed his numbers about 1k above mine iirc

I honestly feel like pugs got worse and worse over time. Might be recency bias... while my static doesn't provide high dps we have lots utility which just isn't the case in pugs. What I would give for decent boons in Pugs tho... I've been thinking of uploading Pug runs (rather messy ones) to showcase how I handle rather bad circumstances but I'm not sure if people are interested in that

Yeah if healing or CC isn't on point you just die really fast or lose Perfect Weave ^^' Haven't really figured out a way around that, tbf it was like this before too but it didnt hurt as much to go for an extra air autochain

@@f03rd17 yeah I incorporated air5 and air2 to help CC / reduce my DPS like you do to prevent dying in p1 and it seems to work most of the time to not die. P3 worries me the most though because the goop starts inside and as you say if healing is not on point or CC bar goes into f/f I'm dead.

If you start rotation fast enough and precast Glyph a bit you should be able to burst before CC in P3. Slow CC can still get messy tho since the black goop explosions are still enough to down you really fast but I had less issues there

Usually 2-3%. I think 41k is possible with this rotation

I prefer condi when doing cannons since your condis keep ticking while ur up. Power is definetly a bit better as pure stack dps since you get ur cooldowns back during adds and get to do 2 glyph bursts under 50% (or more with slower groups) I don't think condi is much harder than power now that Scepter is the main condi weapon. Weave Self is a tiny bit tighter, but other than that there is nothing that stands out as really difficult. Dagger and Staff add more difficulty with the movement skills but I wouldn't recommend those atm unless you really want to play those weapons ;)

Yes, it's SC build. Try it out, it's really fun :) CC is pretty mediocre tho, if you need it consider preemtively swapping to air, preferably air/earth and then go back into the fire loop

@@OddFan8 Aye. Major difference is that you will lose alot more dps for dipping into Air than with pWeaver

@@frederikpalmdahl7617 Dash ends infront of the enemy so the Fire trail doesn't hit, I also prefered the dashing through the boss, while sometimes inconvenient I just think it's fun and also a skill expression

Hell yeah! I did look at some logs and with this group the extra might in the opener helps a bunch (Herald ramp is just slow).

I haven't tried it there yet. Viable is a strong word for this tho, you can make it work probably (maybe bring elite elemental and spawn a water one for extra sustain) but bringing a Deadeye or Soulbeast is a much safer choice.

Still figuring things out, I had pretty good results with FGS too i'll get back to this with another upload in the future. Sustain is Signet, Water memes, ascended food, the great 500 barrier of dual skills

Obviously there is more to it than just golem dps but lets just stick with that: WS + Unravel ~ 41.8k Unravel + FGS ~ 40.8k (educated guess) WS ~ 43k

@@f03rd17 Interesting. The Unravel rotation is so much more fun, never thought abouut mixing it with Weave Self.

Spinerek uploaded a bench for Unravel WS. I enjoy unravel too, tho it's really hard to get to work great since small boon drops result in heavy dps losses :/

@@f03rd17 my first bench where i managed to get perfect weave in both loops i hit 37k so I'm quite happy with that for now! Gonna grind it a bit and try it out with my static next week👍
