J'ai l'impression d'entendre "Le Pen, Le Pen" à la place de "Lupin, Lupin" xD
C'est leur façon de le prononcer, les italiens sont incapable de dire le son "in", il en est de même pour notre prononciation du "u", et si tu leur dit Lupin correctement ils n'entendent aucune différence avec leur façon de le dire

La melodia di Carmelo Carucci che accompagna tale sigla è utilizzata in Italia per la sigla Lupin, l'incorreggibile Lupin (dell'omonima serie tratta da Lupin III) di Enzo Draghi trasmesso su Italia 1 e in Spagna per la loro edizione di Holly e Benji trasmessa su Telecinco, perché le tre emittenti televisive erano di proprietà di Silvio Berlusconi. Perfino la versione portoghese dell'anime usa questa sigla.

They were both on Mediaset channels, probably they just used the same song. Italy is also sharing with France the same opening for Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog, for example.
I was surprised to discover that the opening of a serie I watched in France was used for another serie in Italy. I know that they often used the same opening for a serie in different country, not for two different series.
Also check out the Italian opening for the Cat's eye (search "Occhi di Gatto sigla"), it's the same opening they used in France for Sandy Jonquille :)
yes it's true. I don't know Sandy jonquille so I never noticed
actually the original one is the italian, produced by italian people for italian TV. THEN it was used by mediaset group in france for Oliver and Tom
