Intro Video: Recovery, Health, and Finding Your True Self
This is my second video! I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about what my channel will focus on. I definitely kept this one shorter than my first video (which, let's be honest, was a bit too long - oops!) But that is OK - it's all part of the process. Thanks for watching, and I'm excited to share this journey with you!

Welcome to my first-ever RUclips video! This channel is all about personal growth and recovery, focusing on my journey back to my true self. The volume is not great on this video (I'll work on that!). I am a little bit nervous and ramble (a lot;) but you gotta start somewhere! This video is the type of personal vlog I've been making for years, just sharing my thoughts and experiences. BUT today...
Thanks for the interesting video. It's good to know that things will get better at some point. I'm almost 18 months old now and my physical symptoms are through the roof. But seeing that others have managed it gives me courage and strength.
Thank you for sharing ❤ it WILL continue to get better and better.
Another great video . I only quit caffeine by accident . You think the journey over then another wave comes . But it must be healing like you say many times . What I noticed this wave is I have new symptoms all in stomach and I very emotional this wave . Think it all connected
@@MultiMcgurk it is healing, no doubt 💕 & it is all connected ✨
@ thanks sometimes you think 4 years this still can’t be happening 🙏❤️
@@MultiMcgurk it for sure can last a long time for some 💯 whenever I have/had those sneaky little “stuck like this” thoughts or doubt, I just focus on the improvements.
@@MandySBar yea I know . I try to think wow look how bad I was first 6-12 months even 2 years . But it harder I think longer you go . As a setback feels worse , as you thinking it gone or will never come back as bad . Then boom . So it can be frustrating longer in this journey
@@MultiMcgurk I know it’s frustrating, but this wave won’t last. I promise 💕

yesss!!
Congratulations on first video . I 4 years free of caffeine now and going through a wierd wave of emotions. Can’t work it out but this wave feels different
Thank you for sharing that and I completely understand… all my emotions started resurfacing around last summer (3.2 years) and it got more intense around my 4 years too. It’s so normal and an important part of the recovery process.
Congratulations on your first video. It's really a great video. I'm looking forward to more videos from you. I wish you much success
Thank you so much! ❤
t's wonderful that we're starting to understand that we have the right to be heard and seen as we are.❤ This is such an important topic.❤ Thank you, Mandy.🙏 The video spoke to me in many ways, and it also gave me a lot of courage and understanding about why I’m afraid to trust people-because I fear their reactions and prefer to retreat into my own world. But now, as my nervous system begins to shift more into a state of connection, I occasionally find myself taking those really important and brave steps. And from time to time, I’ve also started to trust people more. Thank you so much for this❤🙏
🙏Thank YOU so much, Anni ❤ I’m excited to make more videos and learn and grow & grow & grow… We are doing the hard work and it’s so worth it, huh 💪💥💕 & thank you for being so brave and making your channel in the beginning of your coma 🤗 you’re the OG & the GOAT ❤️
@MandySBar ❤️❤️🥰🙏🥹
