540hz is good for fps games cos u need the most refresh rate if u want the best advantage. BUt remember.. and there r literal proof everywhere. There r literal 6 year olds with mommys 10 yr old laptop hitting headshots , getting aces, on valorant. Accessories doesn't make the player... skill does

@@charlesa3505 this is debatable. but i only can recommend the heavy price tag for esports games. if ur gonna play warzone with this monitor. good luck on getting the 500 fps.

@@nibuz0510 it's inspired by kurosun but it's a custom mousepad that i made with a friend. It's like a zero+/maybe hayate otsu but i haven't used one to know for sure. but it's smooth and doesn't have the hair problem. 500mm * 500mm * 3.5mm is the sizing/thickness

so 240 to 360 is no difference but 240 to 540 there is a difference. like 360 is pointless

@@cloudzufps I thought the opposite, from 240 to 360 I can see a lot of difference, but from 360 to 540 I don't see that much of a difference haha

@@Lucas-jv9db i've tried 360 but it wasn't a noticeable difference but to 540hz there is a lot more clarity

@@Lucas-jv9db if you use like crazy high polling rate you'll notice a bit of a difference cause of the extra hz in the monitor

yeah i disabled the beeping sound so it wouldn't get picked up on my mic

i did have a hdmi plug in for a moment but i didn't notice it. i might plug in a hdmi cable to test that. what hdmi cable are you using though?

@@cloudzufps Just the stock HDMI cable included in the box. I notice a jump in clarity in Valorant and Overwatch compared with the DisplayPort cable.

@@firezenlai2250 so looking into hdmi vs displayport. the motion clarity is probably because displayport cable 1.4 uses DSC while hdmi 2.1 doesn't. DSC is compression so it would make sense but I don't think it would make too much of a difference but I'm going to try it.

As far as I know, 540Hz on HDMI 2.1 also enables DSC (you’ll notice 2-3 seconds of black screen when switching to desktop from game, while 500Hz doesn’t have this issue)

Zero Xsoft and I got 2 superlight 2.0's. One has X-ray Jades and the other is standard Corepads

I just upgraded to a 7950X3D RTX 3080TI. Honestly get a 7800X3D, it's better

​@@cloudzufpsthe 7950x3d gets 10 - 30 more fps then the 7800x3d nowadays since they fixed the ccd issue. But now it really just comes to what u can afford tbh

I did start using pc lasso to get more fps now along with other tweaks

@@cloudzufps debloating and stripping windows to its bare minimum and ram tuning is what gave me the most fps in Val idk if u did those

I don't use gsync cause of dual setup but I wouldn't even use it on the first place.

@@cloudzufps same here but it's the same panel underneath except the Asus gets brighter and then ulmb2 vs dyac 2. Trying to get a new monitor for cs2

@@ayyjayy5018 it being brighter can be a good or bad thing. But tbh I'm Not even use to the colors with the newer panel. I haven't found my ideal settings

it's pretty nice, either option is good but im was using a 240hz zowie so i chose the zowie cuz of settings. the colors are more vibrant so i haven't really figure my settings yet. ill make a two week review of it soon.

@@cloudzufps Standard picture w gamma 4 is the most color accurate setting if you were still looking for best settings.

@@tvhx to me it still isn't what i like. i the like colors a bit vibrant but not too eye restraining

@x_tapd Since when? I have a 34 Ultrawide OLED, and play way better than a 240hz Benq. Clarity is unmatched on OLEDs, and the response times are faster.

Don't care about other monitors. Benq just better. It just feels better. I played 360hz asus when it released, I played Alienware 240hz, I played aorus 165hz. Benq simply feels better. Even 240hz benq feels better then asus
