You are right we have less sky scrapers because Bengaluru have lot of land space so they build a tech park which is not tall and also has good infrastructure like play ground and etc and in Mumbai and punes place there isn't much so they build sky scrapers which doesn't have a playground , garden and many more things but now in Banglore case there is literally no land but still the land mafias built apartments and tech parks on a lake or lake side and that doesn't allow the wain water to enter the lake hence water crisis also happened due to this What ever I told about Bangalore was the past 5 8 years where the era of tech parks was began
