I have seen clearer footage of flying saucers! LOL.

What motor and battery are you using? We had some problems with ours taking off with a 2200 3s, will try an 850mah next time.

well, you're field is awesome but my beach/river flying area is too, you do however do a lot more flying than me on an average outing, so you must be smiling like a Cheshire cat... : ))

mmm, seems to be flying with the C.G. little reward.... so, yes the canards and the main wing could stall and the plane becomes "neutral" so that stall occurs

I was given a similar plane when a club member was thinning his hangar. A "discus" launch seems to work pretty well with that style. Flew mine this morning, and did a self-launch using the discus method.

From experience - maiden and learn the model in low light, first, then when the orientation skills develop, then try it in full dark! (It helps to know where the obstructions around the field are - too!) :-)
