I see a ton of comments saying this was not played on Hardest, I have a Recording I just did on ps5 of this on Hardest mode all settings cranked hog high , and YOU DO GET HEALTH AND AMMO BOX BUT YOU HAVE TO USEEEE THE RIFTS lol so many folks didnt use the rifts i was the same way till this challenge lol noticed the first 4 times i tried no boxes, then i leveled up the shotgun to 4 did all the upgrades i could and then thined the heard till all was left was Flying guys and like 5 or more on one platform so i would not use the wall run i would boost jump to a platform and use the jump pad to land hits on fly guys till i got all my kills it was tough but using the rift between kills would help bring me ammo and health cheers
