28 Day Workout w/ Pops
Day 28 - the final day of our 28 day challenge
No, I was not able to do every da at, but in 36 days I have posted 28 workout videos for you to use.
The intent was to get 10 minutes in every day for physical activity and 10 minutes for scriptures and prayers. I hope you keep this up going forward and are able to improve your health and spiritual walk through this.
Always remember, you can go to any of the 28 videos and get a good 10 minute workout every day. Feel free to share with your friends.
