Hi! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Lydia and I'm from Cornwall, UK.
I spent a huge chunk of my early life struggling with depression, anxiety and poor mental health. I even had a stint where I was agoraphobic and too scared to leave the house.
Now that these things no longer hold me back, I intend to make up for lost time.
I wholeheartedly believe in making the most of life, living bravely and doing what makes you happy. A big part of that for me is seeking out adventure, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.
One of my favourite things is to travel slowly and immerse myself in a country, its culture and landscapes. I also love spending time in wild places.

Have you had any bad experiences in Sri Lanka? A friend of mine is travelling there with her family in a few days and is kinda worried about sexual assault, groping, etc. I know India is really terrible for women but I couldn’t really find out much about Sri Lanka.
I felt really safe in Sri Lanka and was alone for a lot of my time there. I'd say everywhere in the world there are risks. Take basic precautions and she should be fine. These things unfortunately happen everywhere but I had no experiences like this in Sri Lanka.

Thoes tourism 😢 not enhanced our economy same tourism can get from Indians and Pakistan they spend there families
Please try to be more compassionate towards the tourists than this. Be it on a big way or in a small way, they all help us on any means. Don't just try to measure everything by its material terms. Its not fair. Their presence alone is enough sometimes.....
Tourism is devide so many sectors mister. Do you know tourim is digree subject on Universities. It may start 1$ to 1T$
