Kyo's just a wannabe edge lord LOL Iori does the same gimmick but better! Ryo's way cooler then Ryu. Ryu's a lonely vagabond that wonders between China, India, and Thailand, he doesn't even have a surname. Ryo chills in southtown and trains in his dad's dojo. He's got a goof ball little sister who idolizes him and a best buddy that he gets drunk with on the weekends at the Pao Pao Cafe. That little bit of backstory alone makes him much more then a Ryu clone... unlike Kyo, who literally has clones in his story plot LOL Thanks for watching! It just stacks extra stat buffs onto those weapons, I rarely use it even when I use boss weapons. It might be most useful in NG+ when combined with the Infused boss weapons but it's not really worth it if you have to turn off a mutation that's already working with your build. I only turn it on if I'm having a lot of trouble and feel like maybe some extra damage on the broodie club can make or break the fight... other then that it's just another stat buff mutation with very limited usage outside of party class systems in a multiplayer playthru

@@Lostmasteraced Brood mother club only because it has the highest damage so boosting it has the most benefit

@@Lostmasteraced I'm not 100% sure to be honest. I want to say the mantis scythe gets cut/bleed damage added and the bard's bow gets increased crit damage... but I could be wrong. I rarely used apex predator except maybe once during a mant boss fight on a whoa run

@@Lostmasteraced Check the ladybird larva tunnels in the upper yard and the tunnels in general usually have clusters in some of the dead end caves

It might help to kill stuff faster but you will still need to kill a bunch of stuff with your fists to unlock the mutation

@@TinyPirateGamingthat’s fine by me but what I mean is if I use it with other mutations then will that bypass the restrictions on further upgrading lil fist since I’m technically still only using my fist only this time my fist have been imbued with the power of other weapon mutations or do I need to wait on using it and unlock all 3 levels of lil fist before using the power droplet with lil fist?

@@Lostmasteraced You can use it to boost the punch strength for sure it will help through all the levels, it just becomes most effective with level three lil fist

@@TinyPirateGaming when compared to the other bosses in the game who could you honestly genuinely say would be the closest second to her in terms of difficulty on the easiest difficulty of the game itself?

@@Lostmasteraced There's no other boss that even comes close to compare with. I refuse to fight the IBM in NG+ because the vanilla fight is already ridiculously hard and in all honesty the reward for beating it is not worth the effort you need to put in to win.

I've never played it on PS5 but I think just load up your save in multiplayer and invite your friends. You might need to make a microsoft account, the same way you do if you play minecraft on playstation

You can find them all in a single play thru. I recommend finding all the base game molars before going into NG+ because in NG+ new molars spawn in at random locations that allow you to upgrade your stats even higher. I don't have any videos for the NG+ Molar locations unfortunately.

@@Lostmasteraced The full ant queen quest line will take a few NG+'s to do all three things to all three ant queens, but its not a requirement for getting the 100% as far as I remember. I recommend befriending them all first go so u can complete the gold cards

I'm glad my videos were helpful, thanks for watching! It was tough trying to figure out what order to put them in so I just divided the map into zones and did them by the order they were listed on the wiki map LOL As for the time stamps I think a viewer on the main milk molar guide made a comment that I pinned to the top with time stamps for that video, but I never had a chance to go back and do them myself for these region videos. I had over 60 other grounded guides in production at the time so had to keep rolling forward. If I ever get a chance to revisit Grounded I might make an updated molar guide. But until we get more news about the franchise (Sequel/Tv Adaptation) I'm focusing on making video game retrospectives to expand the channels branding beyond a single IP. From what I have been told you can continue to NG+ the yard as many times as you want but technically it stops becoming rewarding at NG+4 when you unlock the ability to earn infused weapons as rewards for boss fights

Usually I use the antlion armor for this fight but it really depends on your play style. If you're really good at perfect blocking then you can get by with a medium or light armor which will give you more attack stamina but decreases your damage resistance compared to a heavy armor which gives better damage resistance but will make it cost more stamina for each attack. What weapons do you usually use? The best average build I could recommend without knowing much more about your play style would be roly poly armor, ladybird or fire ant shield, and a termite axe or the salty morning star. @@TinyPirateGaming my playstyle is quite simple to understand if you know anything about D&D…I am the barbarian of my friend group…run in…smash smash smash until nothing but loot is left…collect said loot although for my very first play through of grounded I’m playing it solo that still doesn’t change my playstyle in the slightest lol…does that make sense? For clarification I’ve attempted to fight the mantis with my new favorite armor and weapon I recently got the widow armor and dagger and I keep getting rolled

@@Lostmasteraced That makes sense, I'm a big fan of the bigger weapons in this game too. The widow armor is pretty good but I'm not sure it has the damage resistance to handle some of the mantis' rapid attacks. Do you by chance have the Club of Mother Demon yet? It has the highest damage output of any weapon in the game and is one of my personal favorites but you'll want to make sure you're good at perfect blocking since you can't carry a shield. Another armor that might be worth trying out is the fire ant armor, it's corrosion perk reduces enemy damage resistance so you can deal extra damage with each attack. Also beefy fuzz on the rocks smoothies, cheap and easy to make, boosts your max HP temporarily and heals, I basically live by these smoothies in this game for most of the boss fights.

@@TinyPirateGaming I just recently got the club of the mother demon but I don’t have the fire ant armor just the fire ant club and shield and I only need pebbles for the fuzz on the rocks but I haven’t bothered to go out and farm them since idk where the highest concentration of them is at

@@Lostmasteraced Good thing you commented on my video then LOLI have a problem in Grounded... I'm a pebblet-a-holic all I ever do in the game anymore is run around collecting pebblets LOL The best route I usually take is to start at the milk carton, you can find a ton of pebbles to break there then move up to spade gulch where there's a ton more. If you work your way along the edge of the flooded region from there towards the hedge you can snag clay along the way and then more pebbles can be gathered between the corner of the house porch and the hedge area, just watch out for the bombo beetles that like to chill in all three of those great pebble locations.

Why so salty?

Definitely, there's a variety of builds for handling almost every confrontation in the game. Because the game is mainly built around the perfect block system you can go into any fight with whatever play style works best for you. The big heavy handed weapons are my personal favorites to use. I just used the shield and termite axe for this footage because I was rushing through the game to film footage for the Grounded Guide tutorial series and the termite axe is the game's neutral style, works well in all situations. But yes you can definitely handle the wasp queen without a bow... the really annoying part about the fight is the little helper's she calls in so just watch out for those guys and you'll be good! @@Lostmasteraced You should be good, that's way more planned out then anything I took in there and I've managed well enough in my play thrus. It only really gets super tough in woah mode or NG+
