Very simple static night time-lapse video of Boston as viewed from the MIT area of Cambridge over Charles River. Experimental use of inter-frame interpolation; the original was sampled at 3.33fps and then up-interpolated to 24fps to achieve a "dreamy" feeling (visible on the river). A timelapse video from the Tenerife island (Canary Islands) The "Flight of the Bumble Bee" soundtrack was performed by the US Army Band and is public domain. Shot on Nikon D7000, the first two segments with 20 second intervals, other ones with 15 second intervals. Processed in Adobe Lightroom 4.2 and assembled with AVISynth and VirtualDub. Enjoy! ;-)

Preparing for a recital with Chopin - Prelude Op. 28 No. 6 - Tolling Bells - Lento assai This prelude was composed during 1836-39 and is dedicated to Joseph Christoph Kessler. Hans von Bülow called this prelude "Tolling Bells" as it was played during Chopin's funeral. Alfred Cortot called the piece "Le mal du pays", "Homesickness".
