To Believe means to be persuaded or convinced Jesus is the Christ Christ means Messiah/Savior Jesus Christ is the Son of God He Saves people from Everlasting Death He Died on the Cross, was buried, and Rose again on the third day. He Conquered Death for all Humans, no matter who they are or what they have done or will do. Salvation If you believe that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah), The Son of God, and that He gives you eternal life simply for believing in Him, you have eternal life (John 20:31; 1 John 5:1, 10-11). New King James Version John 6:47 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 1 John 5:1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him Once Saved Always Saved John 6:37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

While I know this information is true, nothing, and I mean, nothing - makes my body look as good as it does when I do some running on a treadmill or outside. Thus, do both - rebounding and running. Also breaks up boredom too.

Rebounding is good, but the NASA study had nothing to do with a rebounder. They used a regulation trampoline 9'x15' jumping at four heights: 7", 14.5", 29.5" and 39". I have both a high end rebounder and a low end backyard trampoline. I use both almost every day. Three minutes indoors on the rebounder first thing in the morning and twenty minutes on the trampoline outdoors later in the day weather permitting. The 8' round trampoline was about 1/4 the cost of the rebounder, but is more fun and forgiving, plus vitamin D and fresh air. Of course one can rebound outdoors as well. Does the NASA study tell us anything about rebounders? No, but we can speculate that rebounding may have many of the benefits of trampolining. A new study is needed to confirm that scientifically.

@@SFVone Yes, Bellicon rebounder with folding legs. I think several others are very similar and less money. Got mine on Craig's List for US$125, like new. Had to buy a new set of cords as it came with the lightest ones. Very nice, but the 8' inexpensive tramp outdoors is more fun, weather permitting.

I've considered this factor for years since learning about the old NASA findings about trampolines. Just think of the vertical travel distance the body goes through on an outdoor trampoline. From the lowest point to the peak height it could be 6' plus. So the deeper the bounce, the more g-force is applied to body's cells and in context the lymphatic system. And that is happening over a longer duration than with an indoor 3' diam rebounder. The other factor along with that is the # of jumps / minute. While it would seem more bounces per minute would be "better cardio". I've found that on indoor tramps it can vary about 80--90 per minute. Whereas outdoor trampoline is more around 55-60 bounces/ minute. After experiencing both, I content that the deeper slower bounce has more overall benefits overall (and for sure more muscular / anaerobic system benefits). Again, I believe its opposite of what most would perceive since those quick short bounces can really get the heartrate up. That said, I still think my 44" Bellicon is one of the best things I've ever owned. Especially during the cold dark winter months both before and after work for maybe 15-30 minutes at a time. Clearly there are many benefits to indoor rebounders. One thing I've never heard discussed is how amazingly well daily jumping helps for skiing. The strongest my legs have ever been for ski trips were when I concentrated on rebounding during weeks leading up. And I'm not talking about being drenched in sweat after a session. Rather just a workout mixing things up. Its great while watching a movie or listening to hour podcast. Just a combo of jumping jacks, regular easy jumps, or mimicking slalom skiing / jumping side to side.

Melinda Bookwalter It almost sounds like he used a computer reader. Not sure. The report is genuine. One caveat: all exercise will give you these benefits, but most other cardio will stress the joints, hip and spine. The talk about lymph drainage is silly: all good exercise will do this. But running is a very bad thing to do to your joints and spine. Running on this kind of surface with "give" can permit you to run! So I get to run again! He's right about the goofy exercises you see around RUclips. 1. NEVER heel-strike. Several videos suggest this as "form." Don't do it. 2. Don't use it for calisthenics. Injury, including a bad fall, can occur. 3. Get a good quality rebounder. It's worth it. 4. Study Chi running. Use a waist belt securely attached, and Chi run. That's it.
