    And now my inbox is littered with 5 different spam emails and your users think less of you as a person. Consider the recipient please. I haven't read your email because it is not valuable to me. I will spitefully ignore the next four as well. Remember the only reason your users are on your mailing list is because they missed your tiny little checkbox which was by-default ticked and now they can't be bothered to unsubscribe. Look beyond the numbers and see what you're doing to your ostensibly valued customers. Sincerely, Everyone.

      It's best practice to turn smart sending off for all flow emails unless for a specific reason.

    Isnteado fo 'Newsletter' option, i only have 'eamil list' is that the same thing i assume or will i have to make a newseletter one

      Hey- the newsletter should be there by default from Klaviyo when you create a new account. The 'Email list" your talking about may be a newly created list or segment from either yourself or someone else. If it includes everyone thats subscribed to your email list, then yes it's serving the same purpose as the default newsletter would. Let me know if that helps or if you have any other questions.     Your content is a pure gold mine, Kieran. I want to ask you something: the 36 emails you discussed-do we send them as flows or campaigns? How do we differentiate which emails to send as flows and which to send as campaigns?

      Hey Saiyan, appreciate that brother! All of these email ideas are typically used in your campaign emails. But that's not to say you can't use them in your flows as well. If it fits, it fits!

    HI Kieran, I'm practicing the knowledge I've learned from your videos. I need help with the logic of a post-purchase follow-up email. Basically, I create many ideas in mind and practice them on Klaviyo Flow Builder. The idea is this: if someone purchases a product for the first time, we'll wait 28 days and send them the first email, thanking them for their purchase and asking for feedback. If the same person purchases a second time, we'll again wait 28 days and send another email thanking them for their second purchase and asking for feedback. This same process should apply for third, fourth, or even fifth purchases. Could you please help me with this? I understand the logic for the first email (wait 28 days after the first purchase and then send the email), but I'm unsure about the subsequent steps. Should I use conditional splits? What else should I include?

      Hey Saiyan, Yes you'll need to use conditional splits here to keep this in the same flow automation. The conditional split you need will for customers who have purchased a 2nd time will have the rule of: "Has Placed Order equals 1 over all time" Then put the 28 day delay and email on the "No" path. For 3rd time customers: "Has Placed Order equals 2 over all time" and simialry, put their emails down the "No" path. It's a bit confusing, so if you need more help, shoot me an email kieran@compoundflows.com and I'll send you back a custom loom video to help you out.

      @@saiyan-shorts6126 For the rule "Has placed order equals 1 over all time" The yes path would be for 1st time customers and the no path would be for 2nd time customers as they would disqualify for the conditional split. If you wanted to send third time customers an email, Then you would continue adding another conditional split, as shown in the video. This of course, is all after the trigger "Placed Order". Hope that helps!
