Thank you for your story . I lost mine at 12 weeks , no heartbeat during my ultrasound. The baby stopped growing at 8 weeks . I cried so much cos have been ttc for 3years . I am currently reading this book recommended by many for ttc called “it starts with the egg” . It’s great and talks also about chromosome abnormality in eggs as a cause of infertility and how to reduce such with lifestyle and supplements . I know in my heart we will carry our babies soon . Just randomly won a makeup party for 8 friends at a Bridal show. I've texted 10 ppl invites. 2 ppl responded right away saying they couldnt make it, 2 ppl said they could make it & the other 6 havent responded at all. Makes you question who your true friends are. People are so unreliable. Girl you aren't the only one. Sometimes ppl just suck. Keep working on yourself: eating healthy, working out, doing things you enjoy, focusing on school, spending time with loved ones. Life is short. The people who are meant to be in your life will always be there. I'm 36 recently engaged & I struggle to find time for myself after working full-time. So I try not to let the whole no friends thing bother me anymore 😅

I also find myself doing the checking in seeing how everyone is doing, and it gets exhausting. Wow I haven't watched one of your videos in weeks & I see a changed person! You seem to be so strong mentally & physically. I love how you have come to terms with it's just not your time now. I haven't been going on my morning & or nightly walks & I miss it. Your updo is gorgeous! You will get there I just know it. I've been listening to Lavendaire's positive affirmations on RUclips each morning & they have been helping me. Maybe try watching/ listening to one when you are having an 'off' day. My Mom struggled the 2nd time becoming pregnant & the Dr who delivered me went on African safaris every year. He asked if she had tried traveling across the equator. My Mom & Dad went to Aruba (located near South America & over the equator), my Mom came back pregnant. Something about the gravitational shift of the earth's axis messes with your female cycle & it helps you get pregnant easier. Some ppl wouldn't believe it regardless of the science but a trip to Aruba did the trick & was much cheaper than $$$ medical trials: IVF, etc

I could never do this. If I skip 1 meal I overeat at my next meal to make up for the calories. I know I don't drink enough water in a day & that's probably why I get headaches almost daily. I woke up early because I'm hungry/ thirsty. I'm always hungry😂 my bf has diabetes & he fasts till noon every day. I think his Dr is full of 💩 when she says fasting is good for diabetics. My bf is doing well working out daily & has never looked better, however; I find it ironic that his #'s are still high with his diabetes & she has told him if he can't get his #'s under control then he will have to get on Ozempic. I think she gets some sort of kick back for the more ppl she gets on Ozempic. Reminds me of the movie Pain Hustlers with Emily Blunt. I wish my bf would take an eating class so he was more aware of his nutritional choices. But he refuses. I think everyone who is diabetic should be required to take educational classes on food choices. The whole world can't afford to be on Ozempic, its $$$ & most ppl can't afford it to begin with. I started working at a pharmacy recently & its depressing how many ppl are diabetic simply because of poor lifestyle choices 😢 I hope doing this improves your health & overall happiness, I just know I could never do this.

I don't have an Apple laptop but I've noticed if I leave my laptop on it will go to sleep and will not easily wake up. The power button is lit but I have to keep pushing it until it goes out and then press it to start again. Sometimes it takes quite awhile for it to work. If I shut the laptop off then I have no problem getting it to start. So now I make sure to shut it down even when charging.
