as I understand it, this way you can only save linear objects? when I try to make my model with 3D, they are all completely black. only if i turn on wireframe mode everything is ok but i need another mode

If the units were mm and the scale 1:250, what is the scale factor to enter?
That would be 4 i.e. Scale: 1 Unit= 4 in mm. Make sure that in your CAD model the unit has to be Meter and in Layout the plot scale 1000mm=1unit.

My lamy safari don,t write after a few pages. i must twist the screw of the converter to prime the nib with ink, then for a few pages keep writing and then again , it's stop and must twist again the convertor piston. And the ink is very sticky. I use lamy t52. I think is not flowing very well in the convertor... and is a issue with the concept of the piston itself, or with the ink. With the cartridge runs very well.

+Anaetherus , Finaly i found a ink that is good for me now, Waterman Mystery blue. Until now i used Parker Quink blue and Lamy t52, but i have flow issues with both of it so I give up to use it, and use only inks from Waterman, best flow, nice colors.

So you wouln't recommend the converter and Parker Quink? Because it's exactly the ink I use and I want to buy a converter.

Wrong ink. It's not for fountain pens.
Careful with India ink in a fountain pen. But ink specifically made for fountain pens. India ink has particles that can really gum up fountain pens.
