how would they know the company is even real? what if someone makes up a fictious letter and fictious company? do they really do thorough due dilligence to verify this? you know how incompetent government staff are. they prob dont do any verification or authentication of supporting docs

While talking about 3 year degrees from India, you did not touch upon credential evaluation. Some 3 yr degrees from India equate to US/Canadian 4yr Bachelors when evaluated through many agencies like WES for example.
If a degree earned outside of North America is equivalent to a US 4 year degree then it can qualify you for a TN visa. This must be done by a qualified credential evaluation company and cannot take into account experience and or certificates. The degree on its face must be equivalent to a US 4 year degree.
As a Canadian visiting usa can I stay and and open a bussiness from there instead coming back to Canada ? Am I allowed to do this?
