    Loved this! Having had three kiddos my self, I feel like I still have a gap and a lot of core exercises make it feel weird there. I didn’t feel that pressure there with this! ❤

    Wow, that was definitely different and I feel like I had a cardio workout as well. Would this be good to do every day? I only have limited time and am trying to find one work out that will tone, increase my mobility and increase my heart rate.....

      I'm so glad you loved it! It is definitely a FANTASTIC Full Body Session that I recommend you incorporate frequently! However, if you have time to workout every day - I am a big fan of mixing in some resistance training so I recommend you check out some of my strength training videos and do those every other day to build and strengthen your body even more!=

I am happy to announce that I am pregnant ☺. I am 15 weeks (almost 4 months!!) today (when this video was live 9/6) and feeling so AMAZING going into my second tri-mester!
