@@mwill8024 So was i, loved that show so original and their love was natural. But, the silver lining is in contrary of all the other shows we got the ending that we the fans wanted, and the writer left it off, that the show can get pick up anytime.

Brooke Allen Probably since it was after Stemwinder and believe it or not Amanda wasn't living at Lee’s. She was only there when the boys were at their dad’s condo or the boys were having sleepovers at friends or Grandma Dotty was one of their chaperones on overnights on school fieldtrips. That's usually when they had the whole house to themselves. As Lee put it he's a guy with a healthy sex drive but they were also happy to just make out and get as close to each other as they can. Even before they started to sleep together there were lots of nights Lee couldn't sleep and he was sick of just sitting up all night reading because he wanted to be as close as he could get to the woman he loved. Even if he hadn't told her yet he would go and park across the street from Amanda's house and watch her bedroom window as she slept.

I believe that it was a two-fold comment. First off she meant that because Agnes loved Nicky and he had double-crossed her and she was hurt that Lee needed to give her time before questioning her. AND I believe that she was referring to them in that whatever was going on between them wasn't something that could or should be rushed. However, she was much more patient than I would have ever been.
