Magnificent! It seems crazy to me that the ~20 story white building on the left @4:30 has so many individual air conditioning (or perhaps heat pump) condenser units on the roof, presumably one or two for each apartment/condo. That seems horribly inefficient, even if it does simplify who pays for what.
Thank you! Yes, that seems to be the way they are building now days, a unit for each apartment. Probably simpler than maintaining the mixing valves/dampers and easier to keep everyone happy.

No it was actually filmed Oct of 2023, something happened to my RUclips channel recently where all the videos were changed from public to private, when I corrected it (back to public) they all posted as todays date? Go figure?

No filter, this was actually a flight from a few years ago, something recently happened to my RUclips channel and I had to repost all of my previous videos? This was the Mavic 2 Pro I believe.

This video is a great way to view the impact of several projects, recently completed, currently under way, or in the pipeline. In my opinion, a great video but I am ready for more 😉 Maybe Glenwood South, Seaboard Station and entering downtown from Hillsborough Str... Thank you very much for sharing your work with us. I know it is not as easy as many think, but drone videography requires a lot of good planning. Not to mention that it is still hard to make Downtown Raleigh look impressive. This is as close as we can get!!!

Yes this area continues to grow at a rapid pace. Mild climate (winters), several excellent college choices, very good health care options, tech industry, etc....

The first few flights with goggles I would recommend sitting down until you get adjusted to it.

That was cool. My family first moved to the Raleigh area in 1969, when the round Holiday Inn on Hillsboro street was under construction. Raleigh has changed just a bit!
