I have attended interview on dec 9th but till now updates the interview around 15 mins after that i got msg like all interviewes are completed on the same day my friend also attended but for my frd one mam take 5 min interview, another mam take 10 min but my interview took one person around 15 mins and today she got loi and in my superset green mark shows at tr round what it means am i rejected?

Hi guys , i recently gave exam for job role - Application developer. I passed all interview rounds got congratulations mail. Then initially in my workday account it was showing designation - Application developer and after 20 days they changed my profile to Application tech support practioner. Its kind of betraying someone ( dhokha diya muze ) . A drastic change from Developer to Support team . Accenture is the Worst company i have even seen in my life .

Hiii Mam Actually i applied for a position in capgemini with referal and i got interviewed by the department manager and i got a call from my HR on 24th of dec that i have been shortlisted. Then on the same day i received a mail saying that i am shortlisted they needed documents for background verification i have shared that too. But still now i have not got any mail or call from anyone from capgemini. Just worried what will happen. Just need help regarding this.
