It is a great start. One observation. It doesn't seem to be a good practice to exclude or omit imediately the missing values, specially by stripping the whole rows, without trying to understand a little bit the potential causes beyond those missing values

The data is stored in different - SQL is database structure and commands, BSON is Data structure and data itself in one.
