perfect time of the year for some spooks! ive been wanting to get into resident evil for a while now but i didnt know where to start with how many different parts there are so this is great :D
thank you! yea RE2 remake or RE7 are the best ones for newcomers from what I gathered, tho if you are willing to go for some of the older ones you can(warning: if haven't delt with tank controls before you might really struggle I did when I tried RE5 also unless you have a friend willing to suffer with you stay away from RE6)
@@FriendJay636 oh i think i'll stick to the videos for now but thanks for the heads up. i wonder if the controls issue would still be that apparent on pc though, as i dont own any consoles and im bad with controllers anyways. from what i know they released re2, re6 and re7 on widows too so i might give one of them a try 🤔

also I am playing the 2nd game because 1st one's remake is way too old for me to play(tank controls are really difficult for me) and you don't really need to play the first one to understand what is happening in this one(also I know a little bit of what happened in the first one I looked it up)
also I figured anyone watching would probably care more about the gameplay and story(and my commentary i guess) than me trying to solve the puzzles for this game anyways, but if I am wrong I am sorry and I will try not to do it too much(there will definitely be some spots where I absolutely have to)

Thank you :D I really liked this game too. The story behind Solstice kinda reminds me of Soma in some aspects tbh. Dunno about the next game, but if you're out of ideas there's always in stars and time prologue c:

@@FriendJay636 ya, if im reading it correctly there is a prologue named "start again" that uncovers a bit more story. i think its like a dlc? i might be wrong though hahah

6:42 i think the fire is blue cause we are burning ethanol which colors the flame in blue hues. you can actually get different color flames with burning different things in real life - my faves are copper (green) salts. Btw the phosphors they are talking about in game are real too - we still use them in bulbs. If you really think about it, we have just as much in common with the robot world as we do with Nico's world.

I really like the little prince references in this game! also a moment of appreciation for all the voices you do, i don't think i could make my voice sound so robotic even if i practiced, sounds cool :D

man your comment made this even more emotional for me, the game was great and i really liked how you played it! if you're into more games like this i know 2 really good ones: omori and off. they have similar style and are story-driven. there are ofc also the really popular titles of undertale and deltarune, but i have to warn you that they do bring in some weird crowd sometimes. now i also know of 2 games that i havent yet played/watched streamed much but i think maaaay be interesting? the titles are one shot and inscryption (this one is a really multi-lvl one i think). anyways, thanks again for this play through, take care! :)
