Collecting does get expensive at times. I love getting Steelbooks and Criterion Collection movies when I can, but I can only get a couple of movies every month it seems.

You mentioned that you have a good selection of Arrow titles, would you ever do a video showing off your entire Arrow collection? 🙂

I could never imagine working my job at a grocery store or any store and being chased by a killer on the loose especially when it turns out to be my boss or one of them.

I've always noticed that Ted Raimis characters as produce Joe is a very isolated character and is never with the group of characters in any scenes throughout the film. He doesnt even show up wondering what the hell is up during the fight scene in the beginning between Jennifer and her absusive ex boyfriend Craig. I mean yeah he has a scene with one of the other characters explaining to him about the fight with Craig and theres one part where the meat guy played by his brother Sam Raimi yells that he lost his job as a reminder to him after it had been said by the two bosses that the store is shutting its doors and being sold to the city. Other than that Ted Raimis character is just always alone working produce and never seen with the group of other characters. He listens to some weird ass tune on his ear plugs for the majority of the time we see him appear onscreen til the time he gets killed off. I wonder what the song was.

This is one of my favorite horror slashers of all time especially from the 80s. I own the dvd/bluray combo pack of the movie that has on the front cover the head of one of the characters that get it sawed in half by the bandsaw and its in a paper grocery bag with blood pouring down it which is pretty fricken awesome. The other poster of the film is amazing too despite that it spoils the killer being Danny Hicks character. The trailer gives that away too so thank god I didnt watch the trailer before I saw this movie for the first time.

I'm glad you enjoyed this movie, I personally was not a fan, which was disappointing because I like a lot of Tobe Hooper's work. Like you said, the beginning is ROUGH and I feel like that tone remained for the entirety of the movie for me which made for a not very enjoyable experience. You mentioned how they had a good time making the movie, I can't help but wonder if that includes the lead actresses as well, because it looked like they went through hell and were mistreated. That also took away from my enjoyment of the movie. I liked the cool lighting and some of the story, but I feel like it could have been executed a lot better!

Yeah i was better this year then last year with buying but, I plan to be even better this next year is the plan but, will see lol. Definitely not buying everything and cut back on steelbooks as I already did a lot this year.

The second is still my favorite. This would be my second. Solid score though. I hope we get more story for the 4th.

I liked it. I just got it off target since I had some free gift cards for buying select products so I only paid 3 bucks for the blu ray lol.

I’d probably buy the joker one myself. I have the soundtrack added on Spotify. Recent records for me are more smaller bands I picked up from a show a band called Fromjoy. I also grabbed a band called foreign hands, 156/silence and chamber. Gotta support the underground bands.

100% brotha! These companies are ripping people off, it’s worse when they release Blu-ray and then a month later release a 4k 😂

They just need to bring manufacturing back to the United States. The tariffs are not going to make people want to pay up to 50 bucks for a made in Mexico Blu-Ray prone to scratching.

The worst is new vinyl. It’s so expensive so I mostly by used. I’ve been buying more DVD’s recently as well.

I was really surprised how much I enjoyed this film. It's not at all something I normally can tolerate but I found Art pretty funny throughout.

I could definitely see the potential this film had, especially considering it was made before Terrifier or Hatchet. The characters were just so incredibly bad! I liked the Halloween feels, the Satan character was entertaining enough, the mask for Satan was decent but not great. The film just needed a lot of tweaking in the writing department. 🔥👹🔥

Maika Monroe is fantastic! She’s one of my favorites. Mia Goth is also incredible! Jenna Ortega is a solid actress, but I hated the writing for her character in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

Great haul, man! I really enjoyed In A Violent Nature until the long car ride sequence at the end too lol…. 😂 Mute Witness was very good. 🤘🏻 The Critters films always take me back to the video store days.

I could be wrong, but I think the director has said that he only wants to make one or two more movies but I definitely get where you’re coming from with making this trilogy only. I’m glad that for most part you enjoy this one bro, I did too and I preferred to the second entry.

The sunglasses are awesome, buddy! I agree with you about the trilogy thing as well. I miss a good trilogy. The offscreen kills were a bit annoying, but I believe that one of them is a fake-out, and that character will return. 🤘🏻🌼🌼🤘🏻
