What alternative function could I use for google sheets, since this one doesn't work?

Thank you Dr. for the formula.. but I wonder why in my case when I drag down the formula for my 7-point likert, the reversed score only gave correct result for the first row? the other rows beneath it just random score shown..

competency modeling is part of job analysis. Job analysis looks at the entire role and what is needed to succeed at it, including competencies, which do not include things like religion. Religion is not a competency, but it is a required part of working for some organizations and would be included in a job analysis.

Hi, thank you for the video. I have to do an annotated bibliography for my M.P.S. program and I wish I had found this for the mid-point assignment. I am glad I found it for the final version because I am still iffy on everything from formatting to content. I do need clarification on something. If we cite the authors instead of 'this article/study' in order to facilitate its use on a final dissertation, you said that would be helpful. However, if we are quoting something we wrote on something else aren't we at that point not citing the author or the journal but ourselves? Especially if we are copy/pasting? Instructors have said that a few times in my program because we use TurnItIn to check for plagiarism and they have said that if we use/recycle previous work we need to cite ourselves, which is sort of annoying. 🤷
