I normally prefer Japanese dub. But Shuichi's EN *"I REJECT THAT HOPE!!!!"* is too far gooder than JP.

EN Sonia has the best lines, her "Bow down!" is simultaneously aggressive and fitting for her talent, and "I do not want to hear that!" has so much emotion put on it I can't help but feel it, too.

Between the JP and EN VAs, I prefer: - Japanese Makoto - English Hajime - English Pekoyama - English Sonya The rest are roughly equal or are a bit too distinct for me to place one clearly over the other. Like JP Shuichi's high pitch feels fitting for his character and contrasts very starkly with EN Shuichi as tho they each have a different type of value imo.

1:15 in my opinion, Komaeda is the only character that fits both ENG and JP voice perfectly. The JP voice gives us a more intimidating, calming Komaeda (he sounds scary in a way) while the ENG shows his "insanity" and sarcasm. (he sounds more deranged). Both VA's did an amazing job.

Something about the English cast is just so perfect, they all fit their roles so well
