Das hat mich ein wenig Nerven gekostet, bin aber dann durch Zufall auf die richtige Einstellung gestoßen. Im Internet habe ich über diesen Umbau leider nichts hilfreiches gefunden. Hey. Ich bin gerade am wiederaufbauen meiner R1 rn09 2002 Nach einem Unfall bin ich fast fertig mit dem restaurieren nur brauche ich noch etwas Hilfe ( am besten ein paar Bilder der Elektrik wo an dem Batteriekasten verbaut ist) könntest du mir da eventuell welche zukommen lassen? LG luca
@@lucabuck555 die stecker kann man eigentlich nicht vertauschen weil jeder stecker anders ist. die passen gar nicht zusammen. im zweifelsfall auf die kabelfarben achten. oder was genau musst du noch machen ?

Please help bro, so I have a 2 prong blue and black and brown wires connecter comes off the fuel rail can you tell me what it connects to? Also I have a long 5 prong connecter that comes off the harness under it, it’s has a blue wire, red and white, black with blue line wire, black with red line, and a black with green line, can you tell me what that one connects to?
@@dojokillem4067 google for RN09 Repair Manual. On the last page there is a wiring diagram in the manual with cable colors and connectors.

@@andyandy200023 cant say if its better, because i installed a quickshifter to. my goal is to go under 10sec :) the hardest part where you get most of the time is the start.

why not... are you familiar with it ?! A friend of mine has a 3D printed Oilcooler adapter directly between Engine and Oilfilter and it still works under racing conditions :) you only need to use the right material. Greets
how do you know if I should replace the whole assembly or just the pump ? like how do I know if thr actual filter inside that white shell needs to be replaced i looked inside and its looks really dirty lol.
i think you can only purchace the whole white body with pump. in europe its very expensive.

eyy Chris, What could this sensor be that can be seen at 3:33? It has 1 wire (in parallel from the negative supply of the pump) and a "spring contact" inside at the main filter. Can you answer me?
I think this is a fuelpressure sensor, which shuts up the pump when enough pressure is reached.
@@cwimm95i as far as I know there is no fuel pressure sensor in the system, it could be a switch at most
@@zvczdnl2053 ok, maybe a fuelpressure switch :) But as far as i know it stops the pump when the fuelpressure is reached, like you can hear when you turn on ignition. you can hear the fuelpump for a few seconds.
@@cwimm95i the ECM switch off the pump after 5 sec!! You can check this without fuel pump too. After ignition ON the ECM give 12V to the pump for 5 sec, than stop it, if you press the start button ecm gove again 12V to pump

Hab diesen Winter auch meine letztes Jahr gekaufte ´03 einmal auf links gedreht und deine Arbeit hier war für mich der Benchmark. 👌 Gestern hab ich die Verkleidung wieder montiert und muss sagen, fürs erste Mal bin ich doch sehr zufrieden, wie es gelaufen ist, ich glaube bin deinem Ergebnis doch recht nahe gekommen. Hat bei mir nur 2 Monate gedauert... 😅 Jetzt kriegt sie noch eine perlweiß/schwarze Folierung und ich glaube, die geb ich nicht mehr her. So hab ich mir eigentlich immer mein Traummotorrad vorgestellt! Auf jeden Fall wollt ich mich nur für die Video-Reihe bedanken, hat mir sehr geholfen! Vorallem macht es den ganzen Ablauf etwas weniger aufreibend, wenn man sich vorher schon mal anschauen kann, wie alles aussieht. Heute gehts das erste Mal dieses Jahr auf den Bock zum Reifen und Bremsen einfahren und ich freu mich jetzt schon wie ein Kind! 😁👍 Beste Grüße aus Köln und immer eine gute Fahrt!

yes, it is injected. the injector sits behind the body. And yes it is Carbonwrap over the aluminium frame.

How you put out cilinder from front caliper?
Put a thin Wood or Plastic between the pistons and put minimal pressured air into the brakehose hole. Then put the wood away and do the rest with your fingers. greets
Hi bro need your to resolution of yamaha r1 2002 falut er1 or er2 all electrical equipment checked still rpm meter is not working properly 🤔 if now a right solution tell me about this .
error 1 and 2 means there is a signal problem from the ECU. Check the connector from the ECU and Rpm meter for corrosion. may clean it with breakcleaner or isopropanol. When you connect the batterie the needle of the rpm meter makes a move. Good luck.

Thanks this Video just saved me a headache and got my bike started. I changed my fuel pump following another video that had a step missed “the oring for pressure hose wasn’t installed correctly installed the way you did and it started right up bike was sitting for a month because I couldn’t figure out where I went wrong lol
Can confirm, think I did similar thing as you with my fuel pump assembly after replacing a different o-ring for the pressure regulator return nipple. Noticed o-ring in this video was crooked when I put the two pieces together and made sure to straighten it out but didn't realize its not supposed to be inside the top half to begin with haha. Bike now seems to have a super low idle for only a second or two on startup when it didn't before. Looks like I need to go back in there and double check using this method. Will report back with update.

Bro maybe you know this what do you call the white thing where the the big hose is connected mine is leaking bad coming from that maybe there’s a repair kit for that. Thanks
If you're talking about the straight nipple that is like a separate piece, that piece connects to the pressure regulator return hose. I just fixed a leak on mine, you should hopefully just need to replace the o-ring. You have to pull the pump out and apart though, to get it out. I bought a buna-n o-ring set from homedepot "danco 200 assorted plumbing o-rings", I used #8. Outer diameter 9/16", Inner diameter 3/8", wall 3/32". Make sure its the right material compatible with gasoline if you get the oring from where else.
gelungenes Werk. Toll! Deine Clips waren sehr interessant, obwohl ich nicht gerade beim Schrauben bin. Das eine oder andere werde ich im Winter angehen, was Pflege anbelangt. Wenn ich allein schon den Tankdeckel als Beispiel nehme.

ganz normale Auto Lack Polierpaste. hatte nichts anderes da, gibt bestimmt besseres. Allerdings bekommt man das Tachogehäuse neu im Nachbau. Grüße Chris

wanted to ask why you would choose to rebuild this specific model of the r1?
i was looking for a ktm 300exc - 2 stroke :) i couldnt find a cheap one. but then i saw the R1 for a really good price and thought... why not :P

@@fahadk4191 I got all the service parts via the internet without any problems. tuning parts are usually on sale. Luckily all the bearings are standard parts.
