There's a couple new projects that are a bit more reasonable, but it depends on the floor and the offered amenities. If its on the skyway, they do tend to be quite a bit more pricey on the monthly dues. When are you looking to lock down a condo? And is it between San Fran and Minneapolis/saint paul? 7632214009
I like these videos that really show us what it actually looks like inside. is sexton only condo? no rentals? I do have to say though the view from sexton is kind of lousy. i love the loft bedroom with office underneath it - unique. omg - Carlisle is just beautiful. Neighborhood is stellar, clean and QUIET. why is the HOA in 1225 LaSalle so high?

You're not wrong for questioning it. I did for a long time and it still seems that the market continues to buy cabinets manufactured outta cheaper feeling/seeing materials... What would you have done? Do you have a favorite cabinet maker? 7632214009
You would be a fool to live in the twin cities. The gangs and crime are extremely high, random shootings, car jackings, assaults. Pizza luce is average pizza, but the spaghetti is good. Keep in mind you dont want to wander around down town at night. I am guessing im going to get removed from this channel since you are attempting to bs yuppies into living there, but there is a reason people are leaving minnesota, and especially the twin cities. As for taking public transportation, have fun with that lol. The city counsel and mayor are a complete joke, do nothing about crime, defunded the police but some council members just happen to have private security. The homeless situation is out of control. The cost of living is very high, the taxes insane. Enjoy.

@@getitdundad well, when i suggested my favorites to a woman i worked with from mineapolis, she dismissed them as "blue collar pizza" and she liked luces lol, but for me i would say savoys pizza, in st paul, on white bear avenue, and for sausage pizza, i would say mamas pizza in st paul on rice street. Warning, it may be "blue collar" pizza!
@@getitdundad I'm out of the cities, moved to a small town pop.1000 in Wisconsin, to take care of parents, who arent doing well, healthwise, so not much to say about small towns. Its quiet, peaceful, not much goes on, the cost of things are high because the grocery stores are small, prettymuch no restaurants, so I cant think of a city for you. Thanks for the reply.
