Yesterday afternoon (Monday, March 13, 2017, I attended the budget public hearing in the representatives' hall at the State House and testified on HB 1 and HB 2 because people with disabilities should now receive improved community-based services. People told me that I did an excellent job speaking before the house finance committee members. What do you think of that?
